ERSODA is the first Consultancy, Audit, and Tax Services Company formed as a limited Liability Partnership in Ethiopia with the aim of providing Management Consultancy, Audit, and Tax Advisory services to both business (for profit) and non-business (not-for profit) organizations and/or governmental or non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The firm is established in its current form in July 2022 ( Hamle 01, 2014 EC) although its existence dates back 8 years since 2014 (2006EC) that resulted from merger of three well established and renowned audit firms and one consulting firm. The objective behind merger was to diversify its services, operate at large scale, and compete at national as well as international level. ERSODA recently has five certified partners at different levels and positions of managing the engagements.
